1. Booking process

You provide complete booking information in the registration form, or send a message to the Que Toi Village Resort Phu Yen Fanpage. We will proactively contact you to confirm booking information such as: Full name, phone number of the booker, check-in time.... and proceed to confirm payment.

After successfully placing an order, you will receive a "Booking confirmation" email including order details and booking code. When checking in, you can use the booking code or confirmation email to check in

Please check your email and check the booking information correctly. If there are any errors, you can reply directly to the Confirmation email to request a change of information.

2. Change information/Cancel order

If you have any request to change order information or cancel an order, please contact Hotline: +84 (0) 944 500 018 - 08 44 500 016 for support. Changing room information/cancelling rooms will comply with current regulations at the Resort:

2.1 Peak period: 18.02.2026 - 22.02.2026 & 30.04.2026 - 02.05.2026 & 29.08.2026 - 02.09.2026

- Notice within 45 - 31 days before arrival: -30% of the total amount.

- Notice within 30 - 21 days before arrival: -50% of the total amount.

- Notice within 20 days before arrival: -100% of total amount.

(This policy may vary depending on specific bookings or length of stay)

2.2 Normal period:

- Notice more than 14 days before arrival: no charge.

- Notice within 14 days before arrival: -50% of total amount.

- Notice within 3 days before arrival: -100% of total amount.

2.3 Reducing the number of rooms or room nights from the requested reservation or early check-out at the time of check-in date is considered a cancellation: -100% of total amount.

Note: Postponement or change of date compared to the requested booking will also be considered as cancellation - the fee is applied according to each stage above (section 2.1 & 2.2)

3. Refund regulations

For paid orders, after successful cancellation, you will receive a refund within 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday/ Holidays/ Tet), after deducting any additional fees (transfer fees, transaction fees...).

4. Check-in time regulations:

Check-in time is 14:00 PM (2:00 PM) & Check-out time is before 12:00 noon.

Pets are not allowed in the Resort.

5. Surcharge for the third person / child

Surcharge for the third person (from 12 years old and above) including breakfast and Sofa Bed at VND 700,000/night/guest

Children (from 6 to under 12 years old) sharing a bed with an adult and having breakfast, the surcharge is VND 250,000/night/guest.

Children under 6 years old are not charged for sharing a bed and having breakfast with an adult (Maximum 2 children/room).

If there are 02 children (from 6 to under 12 years old) staying with an adult and requesting an additional Sofa Bed, a surcharge of VND 700,000/night/guest will apply.
