1. Payment methods
1.1 Payment by bank transfer
You can make payment by bank transfer via the following bank account information:

1.2 Payment upon check-out
You can make payment before checking out at the hotel.
2. Peak season: 18.02.2026 - 22.02.2026 & 30.04.2026 - 02.05.2026 & 29.08.2026 - 02.09.2026.
You can make 100% payment of the booking invoice at least 45 days from the check-in date.
3. Normal period:
Please pay a deposit of 50% of the invoice value in advance, the remaining 50% must be paid before check-out.
Note: The resort has the right to cancel all rooms that are not secured by a deposit within the stated period, unless there is a separate written agreement between the resort and the service booking party.
4. Handling payment errors/complaints
When there is an error in the transaction, payment complaint (unsuccessful payment but still deducted, successful payment but not confirmed order....), please contact Hotline: +84(0) 944 500 018 - 0844 500 016 and provide detailed information for support.
Note: The resort only supports processing transactions that are transferred to the correct bank account information:
